I'm new to this site so I apologize in advance for any faux pas I may inadvertently commit.

I'm looking for a really Senior level Sys Admin to work for an investment manager. Great benefits. 6 figure base, 4 weeks vacation to start, complete health coverage, 401K and free snacks and drinks. No kidding.

Looking for extensive experience with Linux systems and using/managing 50+ node clusters. Knowledge of various scripting languages. Excellent communication skills.

Can any of you recommend, how I might get in contact with Sys Admins with this level of experience?

Look for leaders in local sysadmin groups, mailing lists and perhaps organizations like SAGE.
