New at technical recruitment.

Hi All,

I am newbee in this field. Could you all guide me on what i should keep in mind to place candidates fast. It has been 2 months and i have not placed any candidate. my company does not have its own database of candidates or clients.Its a start up. so i am doing from a scratch. Need advises please.

Perhaps you can give some background information like what types of jobs you are trying to place candidates? Have you started talking to candidates and not finding the right ones? Where are you looking? So many things could be the reason why you are not making placements. You say you are a newbee, have you received anykind of training on how your company does placements or is this a sink or swim scenario...
