Hi, I also applied for technical recruiter positions and I was wondering about the scope as a technical recruiter and what are the chances that I could be hired as a technical recruiter. I have 1.5 years of experience as a web developer and wanted to change my career path as this interests me more as compared to development.

Stick to your developer track, you have more future there than in recruiting.

HI,

It depends upon the position you're apply in any country you're in.

Most questions asked:
1. How many years of experience you've in technical recruiting?
2. Can you briefly explain your role in the current company and your achievements.
3. What are your expertise areas in hiring people? e.g. expert in hiring Oracle consultants etc.

4. What is the process you do while hiring people?
5.What are your sourcing methodologies?
6. Any client references you can provide.

Pretty much they ask the above questions.
