How did you get your start doing technical support specialist work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

I first started by going to Job Corps taking a Business Clerical vocation. As soon as I graduated, I had no employers knocking, but ran right into a Navy recruiter who gave me an ASVAB test which I scored in the top 10 percent and was told I could pick whatever I wanted. I chose to be a computer technician.
