I am a training lead for technology based projects. I am trying to determine a time table for leaving a project once the project is complete. How long does a lead stay with a project once it has been launched and is in maintenance mode (end user training would continue)? I’m trying to conduct some benchmarking around this topic. What do training leads at other companies do when projects come to a close and project meetings that you are a part of continue? Any advice for benchmarking would be greatly appreciated.
