Does anyone know of any resources, online or in print, for writing about web based applications? The user interaction with a web application has to be different than the user's interaction with a software product or a web site. I'm just wondering if anyone knows about standards or conventions regarding this type of documentation.

standards usually defined by company. If not corporate template you design the look and flow.
