Does your group make use of a content management system in its authoring process?

If so, is it free or commercially sold? Open or closed source? What brought about your decision to use that particular system? Have you found it to meet (or exceed) your expectations thus far?

If you don't, have you thought about adopting one? Has a conscious decision been made not to do so at this time?
