So a month ago I shut down my call center in Las Vegas and just kept my good reps on as remote agents. I use a company called magnalogix for my predictive dialer and all my reps have remote access, work from home and love it. I have to say its been going really well, I hired on two more reps and they seem to be getting lots of contacts and a good amount of sales.

Move to Las Vegas in the United States. Otherwise, seek a job at an American corporation call center business in India. There are hundreds of them.
