I have been researching the requirements to do business in all 50 states. trying to find what are each stated requirements to legally conduct business. Getting applications and trying to find which state require bonds, ect. I have spoke to every Government entity for this information. Has anyone applied for Foreign Corp status,Registered Agent Service,Certificates of Good Standing, ect????????????

Im also looking to start a warranty company in all 50 states however it looks like it's close to impossible to get anything for CA and FL requires special licensing.

Need help starting a call center, drop me an email. You are correct, FL does have special requirements, you are appointed an agent by a registered 634 Co. CA, can only sell MBI insurance or product warranty. kolb8863@aol.com
