What are the top 3 traits or skills every telemarketer must have to excel?

Can you suggest any tips or insights to develop your telemarketer expertise?

You must be able to make 50 to 100 calls per day.

You must be able to take rejection.

You must be able to get information from the gate keepers,( name of decision maker, extension # etc.

I have been doing telemarketing for 15 + years, and it does pay well after you get some experience.
