these staffing recruiters are distroying my resume

the last three job that i worked was for staffing ajents when thay say temp to perm look out thay run you as hard as pos. for 90 day much harder than there own employee and then get rid of you like throwing out the trash thay have75% of open job out there i am looking for a job that wont kick me out after i fill there iventory pipe fitter/fabricator/tig/mig all appy. certified

Just a tip Temp Agencies make a fee if the company decides to keep you. Why not bypass the temp agency and go direct. Pick peoples brain at your local supply house to find out who's doing the jobs and go direct! you'll stand a much better chance of going perminant.

Here is what has happened to me on my temp job journey.

1. Got paid minimum wage. Employer paid agency several times that.

2. worked harder than other employees.

3. 90% of the time got asked to stay on. At the lower wage, with the same job expectations. The other 10% of the time, I was replacing an ill person who was coming back.

It's a sad situation for us.Buyers market for employers with no sense of obligation.I put my heart and soul into trying to produce good quality work and for pennies on the dollar.Some other sucker ready to take my place if I should fall out of favour with the boss.
