I am in my 50's and have a doctorate in Adult Ed. How can I use my experiences teaching in adult literacy ed to enter the corporate training field?

The Doctorate is commendable, but may not offset experience. What experience do you have relative to corporate training or performance development. You may find yourself over-qualified for an entry level position.
