This depends on your location - i.e. an internal instructor or external instructor (consultant)

for internal:
design skills & basic psychology
Motivational presentation skills
Relationship building

For external
above plus sales skills

2. You must have a passion for people

3. You must be a great listener

4. You must be a life learner

5. You must be a great communicator

6. You must know how to connect with your audience
