i like when i must design a modul for training & conduct training. but now i want to learn more about how manage the training for level staff below, make a training curriculum and also evaluation the training with the effective way.

what keep me at my job now is because i really love it guys :)

I pretty much love everything about it from designing to facilitating. I especially love the "Ahah!" moments when the learners "get it" and see the value of what I am teachng them.
