I just received an e-mail that stated I'm on medical hold. I talked to a nurse earlier and she said that I should receive a package in the mail. My question is what is the medical hold all about, will I have to pay for a DR visit or do they provide everything needed?

It was because I failed the hearing test. I have to re-take it next week. I have to pay for the test too.
