One of the biggest issues I have with a lot of transportation companies is they pass up many a good persons who may not have a degree. They prefer people with a degree but they may not have the experience in the industry or they hire someone from another company but dont fully check them out and they fail the company. Why does a degree always mean that a person knows what they are doing?

I have worked at an embassy motorpool for 4 years as a mechanic and 18 years as the Motor pool Supervisor. In this position I supervised 45 employees, 80 vehicles, a spare parts store and a gas station.

I also did vehicle registrations and inspections.
