I am currently working on developing my own full-time tutoring business. I am currently listing on several online tutor databases and networking through the high school where I work. My big question is, if I don't want to go to clients homes, and I need an office of my own, what is affordable as a start up space in San Francisco? I plan on having lots of creative tools around for my students to use and therefore need a space to have them. I have considered live/work spaces, but I don't have much capital to start out with. Any idea of shared spaces in the Bay Area?
