How did you get your start doing unit clerk work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I am a recent graduate of Medical Billing/Coding and Im trying to find work in that field. I have been sending out my resume but everyone wants someone with at least two years experience.
What can I do?

I started working at the hospital,at that time medical term was also
taught there, after that i went to coding school,coding is not hard
if you know medical term
