Do unit secertaries typically wear scrubs? Or dress clothes?

It depends on where you work. When I was a secretary, I wore scrubs. That was pretty much the going thing. Hope this helps.

We wear scrubs. Our team is color coded. It helps distinguish what one's position is.

when I worked medical/surgical floor, the unit secretary wore nurse pants/skirt & shoes with a colored top to separate them from nurses.
