what is the difference between a per diem unit secretary and the part time or full time unit secretary

am just wondering, an hospital offered me a position of a per diem and am interested in a permanent position and since there is no benefit in the per diem, should i take it and use it to gain entrance into the organisation, especially with no job around, i really need good advice

PRN will get you in the door, opening happen...better to be inside (most hire within first)
