Pay for any C-Level role is based on a few different sceanrios, base pay w/ commis on whatever you upsell, base pay w/ 5% return on anything you saved from using your Ops talents, and some % 3-5 that you saved from proposed budgets Vs the real one you implemented and got all parties to follow, hence savings again related to your direct skill set, hence your entittled to them, that is if you work 24/7 365 and averaged 150 hr weeks and no one cut you out of the pie...
