Are jobs in this industry on the rise? Are there any sub-sectors that are growing?

Where are the jobs? Which places have the most victim advocate opportunities?

Check with your local hospitals and request info on their SAFE/SANE (Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner) programs. Most states mandate them. Some are served by private non-profits. Also, your local District Attorney's office often houses criminal justice advocates. Others may be located in Health Department settings, university health centers, or local law enforcement (I would check with State Police first).
