How much to quote for project

Ok I need some opinions.

THE PROJECT-----
I am going to be doing an Installation DVD project for a fairly large company.
Basically, they will be providing the script and the stills, but I will have to put everything together, develop some basic animation, record the voice overs, attend meetings and do some filming. The DVD will probably about an Hour to an Hour and a half long.

I personally have done a few video projects in the past as a free-lancer, so I know my way around the camera and editing software.

I would prefer to quote a fixed price for the entire project (not hourly). So how much would you suggest I quote them, keeping in mind that with every project, changes are inevitable. Also, what do you think a professional firm would charge for something like this?
