Do you have problems getting paid for your services? How do you handle late or non-payment from your clients?

My business moonlightmadness.org requires payment through Paypal before I perform services. The client and I decide on the amount of hours for the job and if the hours are more, the client is contacted and will approve the additional hours. If the hours are less, I refund the client that money. All my charges are listed on my website. In this way, I don't have to worry about nonpayment. It works beautifully.
