We know that people like the human contact, is it really a good business idea to have a team of professionals in a company. is it really cheaper?
i am not sure if it is a good business plan: anyone as some experience?

Yes, a company can work. If you work as a team and collaborate, this increases your ability to give your clients the best possible outcome to any project or if you perform as their back office. The idea that any single VA has every skill needed to represent your client's office seems a remote possibility to me. Being a company also increases my sphere of influence as well and ability to perform many "jobs".
