Real world experience. Virtual Assistance isn't a profession you can be "trained for" other than having had an exceptional amount of experience working in upper level adminstrative capacities.

If someone has that background and are masterfully skilled, they are perfect candidates for entering the profession and starting their own Virtual Assistant business.
