There seems to be an overwhelming amount of information and websites about VOT. What is the best way for me to get my feet wet and become a VOT?

Personally I like hiremymom.com. There is a quarterly fee but they keep at all the pyramid companys and such so you really only see good VA positions. I really like that they vary greatly from post to post.
