How did you get your start doing virtual recruiter work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

I have a degree in Human Resource Management. I am also new to starting my Virtual Recruiting business. As far as "Career moves" this is my current position with my employer however I started my own company with goals to dedicate myself to my business full time %100. It is my passion to help people and provide resources for them.
