Excellent Time Management is important if you're going to succeed. It's easy to get distracted working form home. You also need to be a self-starter... If you need someone else to get you going, then don't even start. Out of the box sourcing skills have helped me a LOT... LinkedIn, expert Boolean searches, a large network or peers and candidates, Twitter, other social media recruiting. I have never had access to any job boards on a virtual assignment.
