Qualification would include but not limited to HR degree, most prefer a certified professional HR specialist, you will need to determine the most effective sourcing method for the customer ROI. You will need to understand the business and the need of the business or client. You will need to familiar with the begin to end process of candidate selection to extending the job offer and all responsibilities in between.
