1. the ability to be innovative
2. the ability to lift heavy stuff
3. the ability to be flexible with constant change!!

Tips? to pay attention always to the details...but don't forget the overall objective of a project. Sales are very important- so you have to develop how you'll get there in the most efficient and appealing way. Also- don't be afraid to connect with your customers- both internal and external.
