Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming volunteer coordinator interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

Would love to know answers that you gave in your interview? Interviewing scares me and any insight that you can share with me would be greatly appreciated.

-Tell me about yourself
-What attracts you to work with us, why do you want to work with us?
-What achievements you have that makes you to be proud of?
-Tell me about the endeavor you've undertaken and did not succeed in and what you've learned from it?
-What in your opinion would a good volunteer look like (specifically for our agency)?
-How do you know your presentation was successful?
-Where would you promote our agency and recruit volunteers?
-You've got a volunteer, had an interview with him/her, they are excited to start but you fell something is wrong with this person, what do you do?
-If we decide to hire you when can you start?
