Rman in Saint Louis, Missouri

Getting ready to move to Clearwater, FL. Anybody have advice about which restaurants servers make the most at? My initial thoughts would be restaurants on Clearwater Beach, or maybe nice restaurants attached to a hotel? I currently work at Applebees in St.Louis where I make about $600 a week (35 hrs), so I'd like to make more than that.
