I have been working in this resto paid by shift and check (40$) work over 50 hours a week, my boss doesn't want to pay overtime or use a payroll company . Tax are here what should I do

i hav been a waiter for two years and my boss uses an accounting survice . he calls half of my hrs in and pays cash the other half. i dont know if tht will help u but il switch jobs im going to be moving to miami in the next mounth let me know.. my email is claygirard@gmail.com
