Lisa in Commerce, Texas said: I have a daughter who is a waitress. She's worked for the same company now for over 4 years. Recently they changed ownership and changed payroll companies. Since going to a new company there are weeks that she doesn't receive a pay stub reporting her hourly wages and tips if the taxes are more than her hourly salary and tips she does report.
I would think the company would always be required to report their wages and provide them with some type of voided paystub.
Yes she should be getting a stub that is voided, Absolutely.
