(Indeed.com forum) I enjoy figuring out how to use my knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript etc. to put a functioning website together. Not the best at the graphics end of it, but I try... ;) I also enjoy being able to learn new things when the environment isn't pushing me to make a deadline
