1) HTML w/ CSS (All versions and understand the similarities and differences)
2) Photoshop (Any version, reasonably well)
3) Project Management methodologies (PMI & Agile)

A top trait I look for in hiring web producers, is flexibility. The producer must be able to handle changes in scope and deadlines with grace.
