Web business needs programming partner. Happy to share specifics about the business to those who reply. This seems to be a natural development between business and technology professionals. I would prefer to find someone local (in Los Angeles) who I can meet in person.

I would also be interested to hear about programmers' experience in past or current partnerships. Has it worked out well? What were the major obstacles?
