Hello, I've been a Limited license X-ray Tech in California for 10yrs and considering moving to arizona.
The information i got from from a website was i can transfer my license but would still need to take the arizona state exam, Is this true?

Is there any school or class i can take as a refresher course?

Please Help. I'm sorry this was duplicated post i posted this question in phlebotomy forum by mistake

In response to the original post - From the main page of the ARRA (Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency) -

Q: If I have a limited scope license in another state, what do I need to do, to obtain an Arizona limited scope license?
A: Submit official educational documents (include grade transcripts, course syllabi or course outlines, and any other documents that prove your education), a completed notarized application, a signed scope of practice form, a passport photo and a cashier's check or money order payable to the MRTBE (call for fee).

You know, your best bet for accurate answers to your questions is to avoid anonymous forums and contact the source. You can find information about the situation in Arizona here: www.arra.state.az.us/
