How did you get your start doing yacht broker work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

I reckon a good educational background would be to become an engeneer. Alternatively, I know quite a few brokers who were Captains.
Personally, I started as stewardess, then sales officer, then charter broker. :)
