Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

I'm not a broker, but concidering a career in yacht brokerage once I get out of school, from what I have read, they usually get around a 10% commission. but like any sales career, you could make tons of money, or you could make close to nothing. I have heard the salary range is about 60k to upwards of 200k depending one what kind of yachts and how many you sell.
