I am currently developing skill profiles of(Key) Account/Sales Managers as part of my Bachelor project.
Therefore, I would appreciate if you could answer (some of) the following questions:
What skills related to a (Key) Account/Sales Manager’s tasks and duties are necessary?
What soft skills should a (Key) Account/Sales Manager bring along?
Where do you see current challenges?
Where have you seen changes in (Key) Account/Sales Management within the last 2-3 years?
In your opinion, what will be future challenges for a (Key) Account/Sales Manager?
