I am an Accountant with 6 years of Experience with MS in Accounting. I tried indeed.com, monster.com and just received calls from recruiters. Looks like no company calls me directly. I want to know which way is the Effecitive way to find an Accountant position in LA area?Thanks.

Most positions are thru recruiters directly except directly from college recruitment. It is a necessary evil but as much as I disagree with many of their practices you should not burn a bridge or blow off a recruiter
