I've been working at a public firm for about 7 years. (about 75% tax work, 25% review/audit work)

I'm curious what my marketability to a large publicly traded company is. I would believe i qualify for a senior position or accounting manager as i currently have supervisor responsiblities.

Anyone made the move from public to private? Thoughts?
