What certification or education for an Activity Director position will make me desirable to be hired? And where do I receive this at? I live in Ohio, midway between Cleveland and Columbus. Is there online certification that is highly thought of? Or is it part of a community college program? What is considered to be "best?" I can't seem to find anything! I NEED YOUR HELP! You need to look at the website: www.NCCAP.org Thi8s will tell you how to become certified. There are a number of on line courses as well as instructors. Check the instructor listing for your state. Good Luck, Nancy V.
