What do you wish you could hire someone to do?

I'm looking to fill a need for nursing homes all over (instead of filling the needs of just one place...) and I'm looking for ideas of things Activity Directors wish they could hire someone to come in and do...as far as activities/entertainment/special events etc. I'd love to come in and teach residents how to do something, run a special event for them or entertain them in some way that is different than everything else out there already---at a good price. I'm looking for ideas---do you have any?

yes i do i have designed a music/movement program for people in wheelchairs or who are more comfortable seated i have been a dance instructor and performer for over 30 years
