I would like to interview an Administrative professional for my class. I need to ask 4 questions...
1. What are your roles and responsibilities?
2. What skills and qualities do you need in order to be successful?
3. What type of technology changes have occured in your organization within the last five years? Two Years?
4. Describe the diversity of personnel within your organization. Have there been any issues in dealing with this diversity? Id so, what were those issues and how were they handled?

For users of Microsoft Access databases try: www.1stAccessHelp.com. Many tips and examples there, with step-by-step instructions on building queries, short-cut keys, using the Northwind sample database, etc....

Hi! Patricia. Thank you for the help but I recently turned in my last paper yesterday. I am behind on one interview> I need to interview three Executives concerning the following:
>Importance of Ethical Behavior
>Characteristics of an ethical organization
>Traits of ethical employees
>Does your Organization have a vision/Mission Statement? and If so, can I obtain a copy?

I like to get myself in "interview mode" by going over some interview questions and answers. There are a lot of good sites that you can look at that should help.

Here's a site with questions and answers: staffingservices.dal.ca/Interview%20Preparation/Responses.php

I also wrote an interview article on my blog:

For those who are looking to break into this career path but have no prior experience, it can help to go to a technical or trade school and attend class after hours or on the weekends in order to spruce up your resume. For example, if you are in the Texas area, this school: www.scitexas.com/administrative-assistant-courses.asp can give you the necessary experience and job placement help you need in order to enter a new career.
