I recently completed an on-line application and went through and assesment with United Airlines. This will be my first PHONE interview as I am trying to persue a career as a FA. Can anyone tell me what to expect during this interview? As far as what types of questions they will be asking me...

Any advice would be GREAT!!!

Thanks! :)

Jennifer,
Go to the "Upcoming UNITED Flight Attendant Interview" forum and read through it. There is a lot of good information. When you go for your first F2F interview you have to sign a confidentiality agreement, so we are not supposed to talk about the process itself. If you read that forum, you should get a lot of your questions answered.

Also, wanted to say that I know right where you are. My daughter bought her wedding dress at the new bridal shop at Victoria Gardens. She is getting married in Temecula in May. My future son-in-law's favorite restaurant is Lucille's! We went there 2 weeks ago for his birthday. Also, the last post said Omaha, Nebraska which was wrong. I wasn't signed in and didn't notice that it said that.

Good luck in your interview. Just be yourself, be upbeat and positive. Always put the safety and the customers first. You can get also get a lot of good information at: flightattendantcareer.com/

Really?? Wow! I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga... YES, Lucilles is very good! What's even funnier is I was engaged about 3 years ago and was to be married in Temecula... Is she getting married at a winery? So beautiful that time of year.

I live right around the corner from Victoria Gardens... But I am so ready for a change in pace/lifestyle... I need something inconsistent, crazy and different! That's just my personality. I've got the Customer Service skills in the bag, now I just need to be myself and prove to them that I am qualified to do the job!

Thanks so much for your help and directing me to the other forum, there was a lot of helpful info there!

Good luck with your daughter's wedding! :)

You are so welcome. You have great enthusiasm. It should be a big help. Yes, it is in a winery and should be beautiful. We are very happy about it all. He is a wonderful young man. But, after it is all done, I myself plan to be off to my new career as FA. I am very excited about it.
