I own two apartment buildings and want to hire an assistant to help manage them. Does this employee need to have a brokers or real estate license?

Im no professional in the matter. But as long as you are collecting rent, and they are only doing administrative things, I do not believe so. You could always call Kimball, Tirey and St John. I call them When I am unsure, they are prop. man. lawyers.
