If another manager calls or faxes a request for rental verificaion. By law, what all can I say? I have just given these particular tenants a 3 day notice to perform or quit b/c of moving in a boyfriend. (finally had proof) They previously had gotten a 3 day notice to perform b/c the apartment was filthy, moldy, greasy, and had cockroaches. Needless to say they will most likely be losing their whole deposit. Which of these things can I put on the verification form under "Comments"
